Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council at the next meeting formed the agenda of the nearest and subsequent plenary sessions. Session of the Parliament started with a minute of silence. Deputies and employees of the Supreme Council paid tribute to the lost liquidators of the Chernobyl accident. As Speaker of the Parliament Vadim Krasnoselsky reminded colleagues, today is the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl tragedy.

Deputy corps has to adopt a package of legislations designed to change certain provisions of the Constitution and constitutional laws governing the activities of the judicial branch in the third and final reading. The main changes relate to the establishment of the age limit of the Constitutional Court judges.

In the near future Parliamentarians also intend to comment on the rejected by the President and sent back for the second consideration by the Supreme Council two adopted laws - "On international contracts PMR" and amending the law "On the Rules of the Supreme Council".

It was planned to adjust Norms of the Electoral Code regarding voter turnout at elections. As explained by Vice Speaker Galina Antyufeeva, we are talking about possible decrease in the threshold of voter turnout in the elections of the President of PMR to 25%. Today, this standard applies to elections to representative bodies. In the presidential elections as it is over 50%. At the same time the elections of deputies of local and Supreme councils, that was held on 29 November 2015, the turnout was 47%. On reduction of this indicator affect the natural decline in population, labor migration.

In accordance with the legislative initiative the deputy Oleg Petrik proposed to toughen the responsibility of officials for the late submission of responses to requests addressed to them parliamentary inquiries.

A report on the activities of the prosecutor's office in the past year will be heard during tomorrow's plenary session of the parliament.

Profile Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy will recommend colleagues to support the legislative initiative of the Council of People's Deputies of Grigoriopol district and the city of Grigoriopol regarding exemption from local collection combatants MTCT protection, as well as members of other armed conflicts. Legislative initiative that aims to complement the existing norms of the Land Code of Oleg Bayev, Oleg Vasilaty, Efimy Koval, and Sergey Pisarenko was recommended for adoption for Responsible for Agribusiness Committee. It was designed with the purpose of legal definition of non-payment share acquisition as one of the grounds for termination of the use (possession) of land plots or their rent. Land share fees, which form the relevant funds, land users should paid no later than 15 November of the current fiscal year. It is suggested that if the arrears of mutual gathering will not be paid to them within one year after the closing date of its payment, judicial procedure of withdrawal of the land plot will be started.
