Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic decided at today's meeting to postpone the plenary session scheduled for April 23 until April 30.

The heads of the parliamentary Committees supplemented the agenda of the plenary session which will be held on April 30 with a large block of issues prepared by the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens. Thus, the deputies plan to consider in the second final reading next week the draft Resolutions on amnesty in connection with the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and the 35th anniversary of the formation of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. Amendments for the second reading were prepared by the relevant Committee and the Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

The parliamentary corps will consider in the second non-final reading on April 30 the initiative of a group of parliamentarians on reforming the system of local government bodies. It is proposed to make amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, the PMR Electoral Code, as well as the law "On local government bodies, local self-government and state administration in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" and the law "On the status of people's deputies of local Councils of people's deputies of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic". The agenda of the plenary session scheduled for April 30 by decision of the parliamentary Presidium includes legislations prepared by the parliamentary Committee on Regional Policy, Local Self-Government and Housing and Public Utilities. Including the law-in-draft on amendments to the Housing Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The legislative initiative developed by the Government proposes to optimize the mechanism for recording incoming funds as payment for the maintenance and repair of housing stock and sanitary maintenance of the adjacent territory. The deputy corps will consider the law-in-draft at the plenary session in the second reading.
