Oleg Vasilaty, "The state management system should demonstrate quality and efficiency in the implementation of decisions"

27.06.2018

In the opinion of Oleg Vasilaty, the head of the committee for state regional policy, the main result of the work of state authorities shows changes in the life of citizens. In this respect, there were many advantages in 2017, but many questions were not resolved.

In the opinion of the head of the parliamentary committee, many of the activities that have been started have not been completed. The parliamentarian called on the government representatives to continue working in this direction. The vector of activity of power structures adjacent to it is an investment policy. Here, according to Oleg Vasilaty, the accent was made correctly, but one should not forget that the growth of investment is identical to the growth of business itself.

In this direction, according to Oleg Vasilaty, it is necessary to stake not only on a foreign investor, but also to support representatives of the domestic business community. Such a policy, the parliamentarian believes, can be built, understanding the needs of beginning entrepreneurs, during a permanent dialogue with Pridnestrovian producers at the initial stage of their development. So far, according to Oleg Vasilaty, Pridnestrovie has not been able to realize the idea of a business incubator.

The deputy of the Supreme Council emphasized that in 2017 productive work was carried out to restore markets for products, both in the territory of the European Union and in the Russian Federation. This positively affected the dynamics of industrial production, including the work of large industrial enterprises. But there is still no systematic approach to the development of the state as a whole. This problem exists not one year, 2017th - it was not solved.

Separately Oleg Vasilaty spoke about the implementation of the provisions of the law "On OSAGO". According to the head of the parliamentary committee, despite the fact that the document was adopted more than a year ago, at present it does not work in full force, because the necessary infrastructure has not been created. This suggests that there are problems not only in macroeconomics.

In conclusion, the head of the committee for state regional policy noted that the republic, indeed, does not have so many levers to answer all possible challenges. But the main tool that does not depend on external factors should be an effective management system that demonstrates the quality, accuracy and efficiency in making and implementing decisions. In this respect, not everything has been done, the parliamentarian concluded.
