The summing-up meeting of boards of various ministries and departments at the beginning of each year - is not Pridnestrovian know-how. This form of open, transparent and publicly report on the activities with the invitation of the state management in different countries have long been a tradition. Pridnestrovie is no exception.

Acting Chairman of IC Justice Colonel Olga Dubrovina reported on the outcome of the Investigative Committee in the past year to participants of the College. The challenges faced by investigators of the republic, remain constant - the quality and prompt investigation of criminal cases. Another thing is that last year the IC staff had to carry out their difficult socio-economic conditions and foreign policy of the republic. So, in 2015, 5126 criminal cases were placed for consideration of the republic's investigative, which is 6% less than the previous year. The collective management of Slobodzeya Investigative Committee of the Republic has the best indicators of crime detection by the end of the year.

Load for one investigator was increased. Last year it was 52 cases, in 2014 - 43. Many employees cannot withstand such a load, 19 people in the last year resigned from the Investigative Committee, there is a turnover. The big problem is their preparation. The Investigative Committee for more careful selection of employees qualifying examination was introduced.

The head of department Olga Dubrovina in her report did not hide some negative aspects in the work of the investigators. There are more than any other complaints in their work. It was exceeded procedural investigation period, which is two months in 1490 cases in the production of the investigators of the republic,. The reason - is in the excessive load on the Pridnestrovian "Sherlock Holmes" and "dishonesty of some of the staff". The demand is the most severe - in the past year, the leadership of the Investigative Committee issued 72 disciplinary penalties. Nevertheless, last year six court acquittal less in comparison with 2014 year were recorded.

Weekly conference calls, electronic base was shaped, electronic document that allows you to save some money allocated for the operation of the power department budget were introduced in order to improve the work in the IC. At the same time, investigators of the republic are still using the outdated cars, remained equipped in accordance with the requirements of the control of the Investigative Committee in Tiraspol and Rybnitsa.

Much attention is paid to management department covering the activities of the mass media of the republic. In addition, there is official website of the Investigative Committee and internet desk.
