Deputies of "The Obnovlenie" (Renewal) parliamentary faction focused on two documents - the Concept of the budgetary and fiscal policy of the state for the medium term and the law-in-draft "On public procurement in the PMR".

The draft of the first document was presented by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development Maria Glushkova. In general, the concept developed by the government can be described as a system of views on how we will live tomorrow. The tax burden for the next three years is planned to be kept at the level of 28% of GDP. At the same time, it will be important to maintain a balance between the work of the economy, its real sector, and the collection of taxes for the state to fulfill its social obligations to citizens.

It is supposed to divide entrepreneurs into three classes, more often to check those whose production or provision of services is connected with the health and safety of citizens. Now, when conducting inspections, one approach is applied to everyone.

The questions posed by the people's deputies concerned social policy to a greater extent is the income of citizens, the provision of benefits, including their possible monetization, as in Russia, the functioning of health and education facilities.

As it turned out, a general increase in pensions and wages for public sector employees until 2020 is not planned. Prospects for improving the living standards of citizens will directly depend on the growth of the economy and budget revenues.

The deputies did not discern in the presented document and clear prospects for development of such budget-intensive social sectors as health and education.

Despite numerous comments to the submitted draft of the Budget and Tax Policy Concept for the medium term, members of the faction generally supported it.

The Head of the Parliamentary Committee for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry Viktor Guzun informed his colleagues that during the period between the first and second reading of the law-in-draft "On Public Procurements in Pridnestrovie", 75 amendments were made to it.

Amendments to the law "On Additional Measures to Stabilize the PMR Economy" propose to extend the legal norm providing for the exemption of enterprises applying a simplified taxation system and for maintaining and submitting statistical reports before the end of this year. At the final stage of its consideration a member of the faction of Deputy Oleg Leontyev received an amendment. It presupposes the legislative consolidation of the norm, according to which the government is obliged to develop an exhaustive list of documents that state supervision bodies have the right to demand from the economic agents being checked.
