A new approach to training personnel at the expense of the budget

It is planned to change the approach to training specialists for various industries at the expense of the republican budget in Pridnestrovie. The discussion of initiatives took place within the framework of a round table, which was held at the Ministry of Education of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The head of the parliamentary Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare Sergey Cheban and the deputy of the Committee on Education Oleg Vasilaty took part in the discussion.

The main customers for training specialists remain the Ministry of Healthcare, the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Economic Development, state services for culture, sports and management of documentation and archives. In the sphere of law enforcement agencies – the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In other areas of training –  the Ministry of Education. Minister of Education Svetlana Ivanishina emphasized that the topic is important for the republic. Scientists of the state university will study and form the need for personnel and the system of ordering budget places for their preparation for the economy of the republic in modern realities. The "Economic Research" laboratory of research has started to study this topic. It is planned that the new system of ordering budget places for the economy of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will have an emphasis on targeted training.

Head of the research laboratory "Economic Research", head of the department of economics and management of the economic faculty of the Pridnestrovian State University Nikolay Smolensky spoke about the research program of the topic: explained the goals and objectives of the project, focusing on the need to develop a system for forecasting the need for personnel and optimizing the order of budget places for targeted training.

Participants of the round table noted that the key areas of work will be the creation of a system for forecasting the need for specialists, expanding interaction with businesses to adjust educational programs, flexibility of training, allowing for a quick response to changes in the labor market. It is assumed that the changes being prepared will allow for rational distribution of budget places, training of specialists taking into account real demand and increasing their employment level.

The participants adopted recommendations aimed at implementing the research objectives following the results of the round table. At the end of each stage of the research it is planned to organize the publication of the results in the media, as well as to hold expert discussions at the sites of interested structures, in the media and the research laboratory "Economic Research".
