The Execution Orders

17.10.2018

A fund has been created to fulfill the orders of voters within the framework of this year’s budget, for the first time in the history of the republic. Its size was 4.3 million rubles. This is 100 thousand rubles for each constituency of the republic. The deputies adopted a special program, which was repeatedly adjusted in accordance with the wishes of voters to spend these funds. Somewhere the work has already been done, somewhere they continue. This week, the progress of the voter orders program was discussed in Dubossary.

This year, 730 thousand rubles are provided for its implementation: 300 thousand from the republican and 430 thousand from the regional budgets. More than half of the planned work was completed, they should be fully completed before the end of the year. Basically, funds are directed to the repair of roads, housing, street lighting, and infrastructure facilities. Great help in solving the problems of the city and district is provided by deputies of the Supreme Council. As part of the voter orders program this year, construction of sanitary facilities at the school of the village of Dubovo, new playgrounds in the courtyards of residential buildings in Dzerzhinsky Street 47, and Lomonosova, 53, in the Yuzhny microdistrict, as well as the purchase of dishes for the city school are planned.

The draft republican budget for the next year provides for the creation of a fund of voter orders. What will be its size, it will finally become clear after the adoption of the budget 2019  by the Supreme Council. The government pledged the same amount to the state treasury next year, 4.3 million rubles, and the deputies believe that it needs to be increased, since many issues concerning the improvement of Pridnestrovian cities.

For example, the relevant programs are being formed for the next year in Dubossary, based on the orders of voters. This happens with the direct participation of both deputies of the Supreme Council and their colleagues from local councils.
