The Deputies Solutions

Deputy corps supported the proposal of Oleg Vasilaty to enshrine the regulation in the base law, according to which the state and municipal unitary enterprises will be able to dispose of the net profit on the basis of its own statute only, unless otherwise prescribed in the law on the national budget. The author of the amendment supposes that the profit of state unitary enterprises and municipal unitary enterprises is one of the state treasury income sources.

Colleagues of deputies and the Minister of Justice pointed to some discrepancies language used by the developer of the law-in-draft, but as whole supported the idea. The initiative to supplement the provisions of the law "On state and municipal unitary enterprises" adopted in the second reading. The work on its improvement will continue.

Another law-in-draft of Oleg Vasilaty, involves making adjustments to the text of the law "On local government, local government and public administration in Pridnestrovie" according to recommendation of the responsible committee within the framework of the first reading was supported by the Supreme Council. According to Oleg Vasilaty the initiative was born on the basis of preparation of the official interpretation by the profile committee. The Prosecutor's Office of the Republic requested clarification on what is meant by the terms "total number of deputies" and "total number of elected deputies", appearing in different articles of the law. Parliamentarians after interpretation found it necessary to clarify in the law. Common wording "of the established number of deputies" will be used throughout the text. In addition, it is proposed to prescribe that "the quorum required for the solution of various issues related to the activities of local councils will be calculated on the number of local Council of Deputies, established by electoral law".

The initiative, supported by the public prosecutor of the Republic was adopted in first reading taking into account comments and suggestions.
