A clear mechanism for reporting on the implementation of state target programs will be enshrined at the legislative level. The deputies supported a large package of legislations that regulate the mechanism for reporting on the implementation of state targeted programs financed from the state budget in the second final reading. The authors of the law-in-draft were a group of parliamentarians.
According to the authors, the practice of adopting and implementing long-term targeted state programs has shown itself on the positive side. It is important that funding is allocated for the intended purpose. To date, 20 state targeted programs are operating in Pridnestrovie. They were taken at different times and their duration is different. There were questions about the provision of reporting information. Reports on their implementation and on the expenditure of funds allocated from the budget were sent to the Supreme Council at various times. There was no uniform approach to the format of the report. Someone sent in the form of a memorandum, someone in the form of a resolution.
The law-in-draft assumes that the Government will have to send all reports on the implementation of state programs for approval to the Supreme Council by March 15 of the current budget year. Simultaneously with these reports, a report on the execution of the republican budget for the past financial year is also sent. The deadlines for the submission by the responsible ministries of reports on the implementation of the State Target Programs directly to the Government, the executive authorities will determine independently.
