Presiding at the last meeting Sergey Leontiev summed up the hour and a half talking about the fate of Pridnestrovian medicine.
Health Minister Andrei Guranda started it. He described its current state, outlined the most acute problems and possible prospects in his speech to the founders of the republic.
Andrey Guranda as evidence cited figures finance industry in the past year, despite the fact that it is socially oriented. Statistical data cannot but scare: purchase of medicines - 13% of the required, nutrition of patients in hospitals - 26%, capital investments - 0.2%, the current Repair - 0.3%, retraining - 0.6%. How at this level of budget funding fulfill the constitutional provision of free medicine? This question remains rhetorical. That is why the Government is working with the assistance of deputies of the parliamentary committee on creation of the concept of a phased reform of the health system. The key word here is "gradual" because that is, at once, you can destroy, but to create new is difficult. The reform of the medicine will not be shock because industry itself or its customers - patients do not withstand it.
Particularly acute is the problem of personnel there is lack of 200 doctors in the republic. Towns and districts do not have some medical specialties. What to say, there is no children's neurologist in the capital, and there is no doctor in Grigoriopol ambulance station (there are those who suffer first aid have only mid-level professionals - medical assistants).
The new government, profile ministry has taken certain measures to ensure that medicine became more accessible to citizens. In particular, cancellation fee per place, if the patient is in the hospital not of his own city or district. It is possible to provide essential medicines diabetic patients suffering from cancer and asthma.
The first Pridnestrovian deputies for the most part were interested in what is, and what will be. Therefore, the chief doctor of the republic had to answer numerous questions relating to drug pricing and quality control, payment / free medical services, rational and efficient use of expensive medical equipment.
The head of the social policy, health care, the Supreme Council Committee on Labour, Family and Childhood Sergei Cheban had a speech.
The adopted final resolution by the members of the consultative assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council noted the necessity for government to adopt a comprehensive program of industry development and training; meetings community members with physicians in cities and districts of the republic; increase the budget financing of the health system.
Continuation of the conversation on methods of the medicine treatment was scheduled in four months.
