In the second, final reading, parliamentarians adopted law-in-draft regulating the use of the state flag of the Russian Federation on the territory of the republic. Now it will be used on a par with the Pridnestrovian one. The state symbol of Russia will be located on buildings and premises of state bodies and local self-government as part of official events. The law also defines the location of PMR and RF flags: the red-green banner on the left, the Russian tricolor on the right. Another law-in-draft establishes administrative responsibility for the violation of this order, as well as for outraging the flags of foreign states.

Parliamentarians adopted by unanimous vote amendments correcting certain provisions of the law "On pre-school education". They were proposed by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky and they concern the nutrition in pre-school educational institutions. At the initiative of the President with the support of the deputy corps, the mechanism for setting the payment for food has been changed. State bodies that determine the cost of food will be limited by the limit established by the law on the republican budget. With the adoption of amendments to the basic law by parliamentarians, the norm will also be in effect, according to which the payment for children's food in the state (municipal) organizations of preschool education will be paid by parents only on those days in which the child visited them.

Deputies of the Supreme Council supported the legislative initiative of the government aimed at raising the level of information security of the republic. It is a question of legislative prohibition of placing websites of government agencies on servers of providers registered outside the republic. Nonsense, but in the previous five years the official site of the President of PMR was registered in the Netherlands. In Russia, such a norm has been in effect since 2014. The law-in-draft was adopted in the first reading can have special significance under different kinds of sanctions.
