Moreover, a special state program has been developed for the next four years.

On the way to this, we take, albeit significant, first steps. And the main thing here is a change in the thinking of people, the very attitude towards those who are a little different from us. But it is mental changes that will allow us to take steps forward in the process of adaptation of special people into society.

The representative of the Youth Parliament told the round table participants about the Russian experience, where the project “New School for All” is operating.

The youth is in the forefront of a tolerant attitude towards such people. Therefore, they are the main force of the volunteer and voluntary movements.

Within the framework of the round table, numerous examples of joint actions of various actions, festivals, flash mobs, competitions sounded. All this contributes to the adaptation of persons with disabilities, their socialization. At the same time, as noted, they should not be pity, give them sweets and cakes, you need to help them get to the theater, museum, cinema, park, football, play together, and most importantly - to communicate and understand these special people.

Teacher of the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of PSU Tatyana Staver is totally blind. She said that since 2000, the legislative framework of the republic allows people with disabilities to receive higher education on a budgetary basis.
