The results of the first half of the year in figures

Tatyana Kirova noted in her report that according to the results of the first half of the year, revenues of the consolidated budget were formed in the amount of 1 billion 379 million rubles. The overfulfilment of plans was 4.6%, and compared to the same period last year, the consolidated budget revenues grew by 4.1%. Revenues of the republican and local budgets are also characterized by positive dynamics.

Trust funds received 5% more revenue. There is also an increase in revenues from the provision of paid services and non-tax payments.

At the same time, expenditures increased both in the republican budget and in local budgets. Expenditures on education in the consolidated budget account for 24%, for health care - 12%, for social policy and law enforcement - 11% each. Public administration accounts for 5% of the consolidated budget.

The tendency remains of high level of financing of socially protected expenses. Their share in the structure of the consolidated budget was about 82%. The share of wages accounts for about 65% of budget expenditures.

After the report, the deputies asked questions about additional information on revenues to local budgets of cities and districts, the possibility of tax preferences for areas in which, due to weather conditions, low yields of industrial crops. In addition, the deputies were interested in whether vacation pay was paid to the education system employees in time, what are the amounts of financing guaranteed payments to citizens on deposits, as well as how work on acquiring housing for orphans is progressing.
