Work was carried out on the go-kart track, at the rowing base, and 6 mass graves in the villages of the district as part of the preservation of historical memory by means of the Capital Investment Fund in Grigoriopol last year. This was reported by the head of Grigoriopol state administration Oleg Gabuzha as part of the report on the work done in 2024. The Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and the Supreme Council deputies Dmitry Ogirchuk, Oleg Leontyev and Vladimir Pelin together with the PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky heard the Report of Oleg Gabuzha.
The head of state administration of Grigoriopol district and Grigoriopol Oleg Gabuzha reported that repair and construction work was carried out at the expense of the local and republican budgets in the amount of 31 million 641 thousand rubles in 2024. Over 10 million rubles were from the Capital Investment Fund. Attention was paid to social and cultural facilities, kindergartens, schools, Houses of Culture, park areas in villages and in the city. Work was continued on the go-kart track within the framework of the Capital Investment Fund.
Work was completed on the basis of the rowing department of the Grigoriopol Children's and Youth Sports School at the expense of the Capital Investment Fund in 2024. A boathouse and a transition gallery were built and the roof of the building was repaired back in 2023 as part of the Capital Investment Fund. At the expense of the local budget, the Dniester riverbed in the area of the pier was cleared and deepened last year, Oleg Gabuzha noted.
The head of the city and district focused on the improvement and preservation of memorial sites. Thus, 844 thousand rubles were allocated from the Capital Investment Fund for work on 6 mass graves in the villages of Shipka, Teya, Tokmazeya, Speya in 2024. And 14 monuments were made and installed from the local budget: 9 on the graves of the fallen and deceased defenders of Pridnestrovie, 4 on the graves of participants in military operations in Afghanistan, and 1 monument was erected to a deceased veteran of the Great Patriotic War.
The local state administration paid great attention to the issue of maintaining and improving the quality of roads last year. Works on municipal roads were financed in the amount of 12 million 751 thousand rubles within the framework of the road industry development program. More than half of this amount was spent on the construction of new roads: gravel surfaces were replaced with cement or asphalt concrete.
The emergency situation on the Grigoriopol bypass road and on the Karmanovo-Kolosovo highway was eliminated as part of the targeted subsidies. Asphalt concrete pavement was made on sections of roads in many villages of the district at the expense of the share contributions program of agricultural producers.
Oleg Gabuzha spoke in his report about the improvement and landscaping of the city and district. Unauthorized dumps were eliminated in Grigoriopol and many villages at the expense of the Ecological Fund. 236 thousand rubles were spent for these purposes, the head of the city and district said.
Only 75% of the accrued amounts were received from the population for payment of utilities last year. As of January 1, 2025, the historical debt of the population for payment for services for the maintenance and repair of the housing stock amounted to 2 million 382 thousand rubles, Oleg Gabuzha emphasized.
The head of the city and district reported that last year 2 young families received preferential loans as part of the social work: 160 thousand rubles for 5 years at 1% per annum for the purchase of housing or building materials for its construction. 1 interest-free loan in the amount of 100 thousand rubles was issued to the widow of the defender of Pridnestrovie. Deputies of the Supreme Council made their contribution to the development of Grigoriopol and Grigoriopol district in 2024. For example, it was noted in the report of the head that parliamentarian Vladimir Pelin allocated funds for the purchase of stage costumes for the school-kindergarten Bychok and for the replacement of 6 windows in the school of Shipka named after A. Pasha. Deputy of the Supreme Council Dmitry Ogirchuk purchased computer and household appliances for social institutions of the villages of the district. Money was allocated for these purposes from the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Orders. Speaking about the development of small business, Oleg Gabuzha said that the number of individual entrepreneurs in Grigoriopol and the Grigoriopol district compared to 2023 increased by 2.7%. 3 million 777 thousand rubles were allocated for lending to peasant (farming) households for the purchase of fuel and lubricants, seeds, fertilizers and pesticides for agricultural production. A total of 18 loans were issued in the amount of 30 to 380 thousand rubles, the head of the city and district said.
President Vadim Krasnoselsky drew attention of the head of state administration to the need to assist in the development of not only agriculture, but also related areas.
The PMR President noted the good interaction of Grigoriopol state administration with the district city council and with the deputies of the Supreme Council. Vadim Krasnoselsky thanked the local authorities and parliamentarians for their work and wished them to continue to work as a team and achieve results for the benefit of the development of the city and district.
