Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba at the beginning of consideration of the agenda of the upcoming plenary session informed his colleagues about the visit of the Pridnestrovian delegation to Paris, where the issues of the Moldo-Pridnestrovian settlement were discussed during the session of the PACE special sub-committee on conflicts.
According to Alexander Shcherba, the discussion that took place on the PACE site allowed the European parliamentarians to look at Pridnestrovie from a different angle.
Today legislators have to consider more than 40 issues on the agenda of the first plenary session of the spring session. The subject of the discussion will be the initiatives of the head of state presented in the regime of legislative necessity, introducing a number of changes to the law "On the republican budget for 2018". In particular, Vadim Krasnoselsky proposes to enshrine at the legislative level the law that gives the right to approve local budgets and road construction programs to use the funds of the Road Fund in the amount of 1/12 of last year expenses.
A number of amendments to the law on the budget for the current year was proposed by the head of the parliamentary committee on economics Alexander Korshunov. The author suggests setting a limit on the content of local government and state administrations. The legislator also proposes to send part of the central bank's profit to the republican budget before approval of the annual financial statements of the central bank for 2017 in the amount of 25 million rubles.
The parliament adopted amendments to the law "On Leasing State and Municipal Property". The purpose of the presidential law-in-draft is to provide favorable conditions for the educational process in schools with teaching on the basis of Latin graphics in accordance with the international reached agreements.
