Electronic document flow to the Unified State Social Insurance Fund

The Supreme Council adopted in the final reading the amendments to the law “On individual (personified) registration in the state pension insurance system”. It will allow organizations to work with the Unified State Social Insurance Fund in the format of electronic document management.

It is noted that the innovation will reduce the time for processing data submitted to the Unified State Social Insurance Fund. However, documents received in electronic format must be digitally signed. The forms and formats of information, the procedure for filling out and in what way the electronic document circulation will be carried out, will have to establish a social insurance fund.
