Dubossary district and Dubossary: the Main Things for 2024

New concrete roads were built in Dubossary and in the villages of the district last year. 11 million 675 thousand rubles were allocated for these purposes. The money was spent on new roads, including in the villages of Dzerzhinskoye, Krasny Vinogradar, Goyany, Garmatskoye, Novaya Komissarovka. The Dubossary state administration made this decision because all the roads in the villages are gravel. Therefore, local authorities decided to allocate funding for the construction of central roads in the villages at the first stage, said the head of state administration of Dubossary district and Dubossary Ruslan Chaban. The results of the state administration's work for the past year were heard by the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and the deputies representing the interests of Dubossary residents in Parliament Oleg Bayev and Boris German, together with the head of the Government Alexander Rosenberg.

Major road repairs were also carried out last year, over 6 million rubles spent on just two sections. Almost 2.9 million were spent on paving 20 sections of sidewalks with tiles, the report noted. Among other important areas of work is the installation of new hipped roofs made of corrugated sheets on 8 residential buildings, the work cost 4.8 million rubles. Reconstruction of 2 memorials and 4 monuments to soldiers-liberators in the Great Patriotic War was carried out for 2.6 million rubles.

A sports complex is being built in Dubossary in Lenin Street, and major repairs are underway at the Memorial to the Victims of Fascism as part of the implementation of the Capital Investment Fund in 2024. Ruslan Chaban noted the work done with funds received from city residents in the form of a targeted collection for the improvement of the territory. For example, a bus stop was built in Petrovskogo Street, benches were installed on Lomonosov and Lenin Streets, and sidewalks appeared at 10 addresses in the city. A "quiet zone" in the Energetikov Park was improved with funds from a targeted collection, and a workout area was created in the park at the request of young mothers. Assistance to social and educational institutions of Dubossary and the villages of the Dubossary District in 2024 was provided by deputies of the Supreme Council Boris German and Oleg Bayev, including under the program of the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Instructions. For example, Oleg Bayev sent money to replace the tiles in the food block of the Zolotoy Petushok Child Development Center, and a room was repaired in the House of Culture in the village of Goyany to equip a bathroom in constituency No. 10 "Severny". Sports equipment, an acoustic system, and office equipment were purchased for other educational institutions. For institutions included in District No. 11 "Central", parliamentarian Boris German helped to purchase the necessary sound equipment and household appliances.

As part of the report, the head of Dubossary state administration Ruslan Chaban reported that last year 3 budget loans were provided for the purchase of housing for young families in the amount of 480 thousand rubles. 3 applications for a subsidy were received under the law "On state support for young families in the purchase of housing" in 2024. Certificates for a total of almost 580 thousand rubles were issued to teachers of educational institutions, according to the report of the head of the city and district. 5 orphans received the keys to their apartments under the state target program.

Children with special needs and disabled children were able to receive free consultations from specialists in medical centers under the state program for the provision of medical care. Assistance was provided in transporting children to schools, kindergartens and the Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation for Children with Special Needs.

The Government Chairman Alexander Rosenberg acknowledged the work of the Dubossary State Administration as satisfactory.
