This year, the Parliament Speaker Alexander Korshunov is participating in the session of the Council of People’s Deputies of the Dubossary District and Dubossary for the second time. Meetings of deputies of various levels in this format, according to the Chairman of the Supreme Council, make it possible to find out the problems of cities and regions of the republic and develop mechanisms for solving them.
Deputies at the beginning of the session discussed the issue of readiness of municipal services for work in the autumn-winter period. As it was noted, heat enters all residential buildings in the area. The number of applications forwarded to heating systems is decreasing. In addition, there are sand and gravel mixtures and deicing materials. Deputies of the Dubossary city council intend to discuss the work of utilities in the winter in December. At the end of the year, they will also consider the draft local budget for next year. The issue of agricultural support remains relevant. An analysis of the use of Dubossarian lands is needed, according to local deputies.
They talked during the session about social problems: a lack of doctors, insurance medicine, creating comfortable conditions for young specialists so that they would not leave the republic.
The deputy of the Supreme Council Petr Pasat, representing the interests of countrymen in the legislature, raised the problem of non-functioning facilities owned by the municipality. A bakery, a bathhouse and a cinema do not work in Dubossary. The issue of ownerless houses, which spoil the view of the city, is also worrying. There is a legislative decision mechanism. Theoretically, houses without an owner can become urban property, but in practice the problem has not been resolved for many years.
The local electoral execution program also confirms its effectiveness. As the head of the Dubossarian state administration Ruslan Chaban said, 10 thousand rubles were allocated for each constituency this year. Next year, the amount is planned to be doubled.
People's representatives of Dubossary are also worried about the optimization of the deputy corps. The laws adopted by the Supreme Council entered into force. The chairman of the Central Election Commission, Elena Gorodetskaya, described how constituencies will be formed in the Dubossary district.
Summing up the discussion, parliament speaker Alexander Korshunov noted that interaction between the deputies of the Supreme and local Councils were established. According to the Head of the legislature of power, the more active local deputies are, the easier it is for parliamentarians to work within the framework of forming the legal framework of the republic.
