Parliamentarians supported the government's legislative initiative, which provides for a reduction in the cost of credit resources for enterprises operating in priority sectors of the economy. Production and agricultural sector are at the forefront. As the Minister of Economic Development Sergei Obolonik noted, presenting the law-in-draft, the need of enterprises to obtain affordable loans remains high.
It is offered to lower the rate of credit resources on average by 7%. In this case, the credit organizations and the republican budget are offsetting: the bank pays the tax in full, the state in the form of subsidies returns a portion of the funds for the grant of soft loans. As explained by Sergei Obolonik, this mechanism was provided for by the law on the republican budget and had a successful application. A number of enterprises received affordable loans. A large number of applications have not been implemented. Therefore, it is proposed to enshrine the mechanism presented by the government in the law "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic".
The profile parliamentary committee supported the proposal of the developers. According to Alexander Korshunov, these measures will not give a short-term result, but in 2-3 years the enterprises will be able to increase allocations to the budget.
It is planned to allocate about 6 million budget rubles a year to support concessional lending. Without objecting to the concept of the law-in-draft, the parliamentarians called upon the representatives of the executive body, thinking about the future, not to forget about the problems of today.
Taking into account the comments, the work on the law-in-draft will continue in the second reading.
