Deputies are for the Electronic Document Management Increase

Documents in electronic form allow simplifying and speeding up the interaction and transfer of information between different organizations. Every year, a number of documents sent through the information system "Interdepartmental electronic document management" is increasing. This suggests that between government bodies the electronic form of interaction has become more commonly used.

Deputies of the Supreme Council, which introduced the necessary amendments to the law "On documentation support for management" in two readings adopted the law in draft. Under the state of emergency, which was introduced by the Decree of the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic dated March 16, 2020, the need to send documents electronically became even more obvious. Its mandatory use allowed excluding personal contacts of employees and persons engaged in postal exchanges. The adoption of this law-in-draft will expand the possibilities of using electronic document management without the need for duplication of documents in paper form.
