A package of legislations that regulate the work of entrepreneurs and provide for the expansion of their rights was considered today in the course of the plenary session of the Supreme Council. We are talking about changes and additions to the laws on self-employed persons, patent and simplified taxation systems (including legal entities). First of all, one of the legislations in the package of initiatives proposes to make the self-employed certificate and the patent unlimited. It is enough to pay it on time to do this. They have operated for a maximum of three years until now.
The amendments to the law will affect individual entrepreneurs who work under the patent and simplified taxation systems. The deputies agree that individual entrepreneurs should be able to recalculate the cost of a patent due to temporary disability.
Deputies noted another important point. An entrepreneur working under a patent or a simplified taxation system will only need to contact the tax authorities within three days after recovery with an application and a document confirming temporary disability to issue a recalculation.
Parliamentarians adopted a package of legislations in two readings at once today. The documents have been sent to the President for signature.
Deputies of the Supreme Council considered and adopted in the second final reading additions to the Law “On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” within the framework of the plenary session today. They are about supporting start-up entrepreneurs.
The amendments provide for the possibility of providing loans to start-up entrepreneurs, subsidizing an interest rate of 10% for those who are just starting their own business in the production of goods or tourism. The document has been sent to the President for signature. However, the issue of temporarily suspending funding for the Entrepreneurship Development Fund as well as some other budgetary funds is now being considered due to external circumstances around Pridnestrovie. The funds are planned to be directed to the formation of a reserve that will allow the state to fully finance salaries, pensions and other socially protected items, the Government emphasized on the 14th of March in the course of the meeting with members of the Pridnestrovian Public Chamber.
