The law-in-draft of Alexander Korshunov amending the law "On taxes on income of organizations" was not completed. Committee on the Development of Business and Industry has prepared a number of amendments. It makes sense to consider the initiative already taking into account the amendments.

Legislators have questions to proposed by the government amendments to the budget 2015. We are talking about sums of over-fulfillment by the Road Fund. Collected over the planned funds were directed to the improvement of the road to make the necessary adjustments in the law. Parliamentarians consider it illegal. In addition, they wonder on what basis at a time when the state does not fully fulfill social state employees and retirees obligations, the money spent on the expansion of roads. The exact amount must be found out. Initially it was announced 25 million, later it was reported 37 million.

In the view of parliamentarians remains a draft Tax Code. The Supreme Council is composed of two identical initiatives - government and the president. But before you start to work on them, you need to consider and adopt the Concept of budget and tax policy. The project, as well as an estimate of the PRB, the profile parliamentary committee expects to see on Thursday. The agenda of the meeting of the committee draft the main financial document of the social insurance budget and the Unified State Fund will be included for 2016.
