The extensive agenda of today's plenary session caused a lively discussion at the previous meeting of “The Obnovlenie” faction. It is primarily a question of planned changes to the Constitution and the laws "On the Government", "On the Rules of the Supreme Council" on the status of deputies of the Supreme and local councils, as well as some articles of the Criminal Code. The first package of legislations is about establishing a mandatory legal provision, according to which the government has a 30-day period has to submit to the Parliament the official conclusion on the legislations under consideration of the Supreme Council. The second package of legislations on amending the Constitution and constitutional laws concerned some modernization of the institute of immunity of senior government officials, including deputies.

Participants of the plenary session have to discuss the possibility of applying for a new legal framework of the republic parliamentary investigation procedure (on the legislations received negative conclusions of the Government and the President), to approve amendments to the law "On customs tariff” concerning the importation into the Republic of cars older than 15 years in the second reading. Such a legislative initiative was made by Speaker of Parliament, Vadim Krasnoselsky. It is noteworthy that earlier legislators have already installed such a norm for 2015.
