The Supreme Council voted for overcoming of the veto with regard to certain provisions of that year, the main financial document. Minister of Finance Irina Molokanova presented Arguments of the president. They could not cause parliamentarians’ questions: why the government did not timely submit the budget to the legislature and even in the form of an unbalanced? Whether it is held during the five months of searching for additional sources of replenishment for the fulfillment of social obligations to citizens? Why has the highest executive authority not formed a privatization program? Why is the income of such budget organization, as the Administration of the President, not reflected in the revenue side of the national budget? The majority of them had not received any clear answers. However, as on the main issues: the president proposes to reduce the revenue part of the budget, why it does not include sources of replacement "drop-down" income? As will be paid to public sector wages and pensions in the current year?

The head Alexander Martynov introduced to colleagues the official position of the profile Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance on the need to overcome the presidential veto. It was supported in the following discussion.

Probably, this was the opinion of 37 and those of his colleagues, who have decided to overcome presidential veto and re-direct the Law "On republican budget for 2016" to the President for signing and promulgation.
