The parliamentarians considered a number of issues that will be submitted to the next plenary sessions at the Presidium of the Supreme Council.
A number of issues will be included in the agendas of the next plenary meetings based on the results of the work of the committees of the Supreme Council. In particular, the deputies will consider the amendments of the President to the Law “On the Budget of the Unified State Social Insurance Fund of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2022” tomorrow in two readings at once in the regime of legislative necessity.
Parliamentarians will have to consider changes and additions to eight laws at once, which relate to the work of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Pridnestrovie. They were presented by the Committee on Legislation. The amendments concern expanding the powers of the Ombudsman, clarifying his legal status, improving the system for electing the Commissioner for Human Rights and increasing his term of office after appointment - up to 7 years. According to the current legislation, the Ombudsman's candidature is approved for 5 years.
The Supreme Council will consider a package of legislative initiatives that are designed to regulate the work of entrepreneurs tomorrow. We are talking about all categories: self-employed, working under the patent system of taxation, as well as those who work under the simplified system (including legal entities). Amendments to the law propose the expansion of the rights of individual entrepreneurs among other things. The relevant Committee on Economic Policy recommends them for adoption by the Supreme Council in two readings at once.
The parliamentarians will consider amendments and additions to the laws "On Publishing" and "On Education" at one of the next plenary sessions.
