activities of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic
for the I half of 2021
27 plenary meetings, 1 extraordinary meeting and 47 meetings of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the PMR were held in the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic of the VII convocation during the period from December 2020 to July 2021.
The Supreme Council considered 545 issues, 545 resolutions on which of the Supreme Council of the PMR were adopted and signed.
The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic signed 175 Laws of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic that were officially published as of 20.07.2021.
There are a number of new (basic) laws of the PMR among the adopted during the 1st session of the VII convocation by the deputies of the Supreme Council of the PMR of the VII convocation:
- The Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "Regulations of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic ";
- The Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "On Approval of the State Target Program" Concessional Lending to Citizens of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Who Are Participants of the Military Operations to Protect the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic
and participants in hostilities in Afghanistan from April 1978 to February 15, 1989, who became invalids of group I or II of general illness, work injury, occupational disease, illness received during military service, invalids of group I or II of vision "period 2021-2026 ";
- The Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "On State Genomic Registration in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic ";
- The Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "On approval of the State Program for the Development of the Mineral Resources Base, Rational and Integrated Use of Mineral Resources and Protection of Subsoil of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic for 2022–2026";
- The Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "On consumer credit (loan)";
- The Law of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "On Approval of the State Target Program" Prevention of Viral Hepatitis B and C in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic "for 2021-2024".
The rest of the Laws adopted by the Supreme Council introduce amendments and additions to the current legislation.
The Supreme Council of the PMR rejected 23 legislations over the past period.
The authors of the legislative initiatives were withdrawn, 46 legislative initiatives were withdrawn from consideration.
The Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic received 230 legislative initiatives for consideration from the subjects of the right of legislative initiative from December 2020 to July 2021.
The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic presented 25 legislations, 16 of which in the mode of legislative necessity.
1256 people applied to the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic through the department for work with citizens' appeals and archival affairs during the reporting period, including:
- to the address of the deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic - 723;
- through the Internet reception of the Supreme Council - 341 people;
- 8 people did not leave written appeals.
The leadership of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic considered 184 written appeals registered by the department for work with citizens' appeals and archival affairs. As a result of consideration, 194 orders were sent to the committees of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and the Staff of the Supreme Council, of which:

48 appeals were sent to the institutions and departments of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic under jurisdiction.
205 responses were sent to the applicants during the expired period.
The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and his deputy did not hold receptions.
During the reporting period, The working bodies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic held 88 meetings and considered 467 appeals of citizens, of which:

The Committee on Legislation, Law Enforcement Agencies, Defense, Security, Peacekeeping Activities, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens held 18 meetings, considered 317 appeals of citizens.
The Committee on Social Policy, Healthcare, Labor, Family and Childhood Issues held 13 meetings, considered 55 citizens' appeals.
The Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex, Industry, Housing and Utilities, Transport, Construction and Natural Resources held 12 meetings, considered 49 appeals from citizens.
The Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Public Associations, Sports, Information and Youth Policy held 12 meetings, considered 12 citizens' appeals.
Commission on Foreign Policy and International Relations held 1 meeting.
The commission on mandates, regulations and parliamentary ethics held 5 meetings, considered 2 appeals of citizens.
