Deputies of the Committee for Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry considered law-in-draft, related to the operation in the republic of a new tax system for individual entrepreneurs. Earlier the choice of three modes was offered: the patent and simplified taxation systems, as well as the tax regime for self-employed persons.
Entrepreneurs who have chosen the simplified taxation system will be able to carry out their activities until July 1, without online funds. The Government continues to work on creating software.
The government submitted law-in-draft to the Supreme Council to reduce the tax burden for individual entrepreneurs who have chosen the simplified tax system to mitigate the introduction of tax reform provisions. As the Director of the State Tax Service Maxim Badenko told during the meeting of the relevant parliamentary committee, it is proposed to reimburse the costs of purchasing thermal printers. They are needed for printing checks.
The law-in-draft is recommended for adoption in the first reading.
Earlier, the deputy corps adopted another law-in-draft concerning the timing of the tax reform. Until June 1, entrepreneurs will be able to freely import goods into the republic on the basis of a certificate of registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur. In the transition period provided, individual entrepreneurs will be able to decide on the choice of the tax regime and issue the necessary documents to the tax inspectorates.
