He proposed to excluded from the text of the law-in-draft a number of provisions relating to exemption from income tax for five years newly established organizations; features simplified tax system of legal entities; "Freezing" of the minimum wage; the conditions of application of normative acts that worsen the situation of citizens and economic agents; establishing the amount of profit to be transferred to the budget by state unitary enterprises and municipal unitary enterprises and provision of charitable assistance; expansion of powers of the Accounting Chamber; the specific application requirements for mandatory certification, as well as tax breaks during the crisis period and exemptions for certain sectors of the economy.

In addition, adopted by deputies of the responsible committee amendments authored by Peter Pasat, is expected to change for the current year some provisions of the law "On the unified social tax" on newly hired employees working in enterprises that create new jobs. One of the amendments is expected not to acquire entrepreneurial patent for the manufacture of handicrafts and their sale, including exhibitions and auctions. It was expected to amend the law-in-draft with the norms that from January 1, 2015 till December 31, 2016 natural persons are exempt from paying taxes on their property in case of the acquisition of home ownership in the property (apartment) in the period from 2014 to 2016.

In addition, the amendment of Peter Pasat includes measures to support domestic producers by reducing the income tax rate and the income tax for the Homeowners Association employees. In addition, the government authorized the executive body of state authority in charge of the state policy in the sphere of prices and pricing, one of amendments adopted by parliamentary committee members granted the right to establish fixed prices, price ceilings, limits profitability and trade allowances, the amount of which shall not exceed 30% , some food products (there are totally 18 titles).
