The establishment of requirements at the legislative level for the procedure and conditions of realization of the right to campaign for all participants in the electoral process should contribute according to deputies to achieve this goal to ensure the transparency of elections and candidates equality before the law. Member of the Supreme Council Grigory Dyachenko made a package of legislations, the adoption of which will contribute to the establishment of the ban on election campaigning and disseminating any campaign materials in the workplace, place of study, in the process, and where wages, pensions, allowances, scholarships and other social payments, as well as during the census. The proposal requires appropriate amendments to the Electoral Code, the Code of Administrative Offences and the Law "On Population Census PMR". As the author of the initiatives said this year the census is planned for the fall, so the rule of law must notify the parallel election campaigning before single day of voting.

The agenda of the meeting of the relevant committee included questions concerning the establishment of a uniform approach to the issue of voter lists, as well as the deadline for submission of information about them. The head of the Committee on legislation, law enforcement, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens Galina Antyufeeva by amendments to the Electoral Code invited to establish norms according to which the head of state administration of the town (district) will have to generate and update information about voters registered on the territory under their jurisdiction, and send the collected information to the Central Election Commission. Another initiative - is to amend the law "On Militia" - is designed to give the Militia the duty to submit to the head of state administration of the city (district) the information on the issue and replacement passport PMR, registration and removal from the register at the place of residence of Pridnestrovians and others. Members of the Committee on Legislation would recommend these legislations to the deputies to adopt in the second reading.
