Digitalization of Records Management and Administration

The Government came up with a legislative initiative to conduct this year an experiment on digitalization of records management and administration of the activities of individual entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie.

The law-in-draft proposes to simplify the procedures for interaction of individual entrepreneurs with tax authorities, namely, the transfer of the process of office work and administration of IP activities into electronic form.

Tax inspectorates will use special software for this. Information about the individual entrepreneur, the persons involved by him, as well as the conditions of entrepreneurial activity will be contained in the individual electronic document of the entrepreneur. In addition, the entrepreneur's QR code will be used. This is coded information about an individual entrepreneur, generated on the basis of an electronic document of the entrepreneur. A special mobile application will allow receiving information about individual entrepreneur by scanning a QR code.

An individual entrepreneur tax payment card will also be used. That is, encoded information about an individual entrepreneur, the recognition of which will make it possible to pay taxes online.

This system will allow individual entrepreneurs to deduct tax payments and notify tax authorities about payment of payments in real time. Individual entrepreneurs who voluntarily express such a desire will be able to take part in the experiment on digitalization of office work and administration.

Deputies of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance will recommend to the Supreme Council to adopt the law-in-draft in the first reading.
