Parliamentarians considered legislative initiative, which was introduced by Vadim Krasnoselsky when he was a deputy. He proposes to change the norm of the law "On Customs Tariff", setting a zero rate of import customs duties on the import of gas, water and electricity consumption meters. Today, a 5% rate applies to them. The deputies recommended adopting a legislative initiative in the first reading.

The committee discussed the legislative initiative of Deputy Galina Antyufeva, concerning the procedure for submitting a deputy's request to the deputies of local councils. The author proposes to give local deputies the right to apply not only to local authorities, organizations, but also to representations of public authorities, supervisory bodies of the republican subordination in the territory of their city. The basis for amending the law "On the Status of People's Deputies of Local Councils of People's Deputies of PMR" was the appeal of the people's deputies of Grigoriopol, who could not receive response from the city prosecutor on the directed inquiry.

Parliamentarians supported the law-in-draft, noting that the deputy inquiry is always based on citizens' appeals, confirmed by the decision of the representative body of power, as one of the forms of public control.
