Activity of widespread in the republic horticultural associations are currently not regulated at the legislative level. Disputes often arise between citizens in this connection. Pridnestrovians appealed with complaints to the deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky. People's deputy developed a draft law regulating legal relations in the sphere of gardening and dacha farming. It is proposed to consolidate the principles of operation of such organizations, in particular the payment of contributions to the cooperatives, their size and the purposes for which they will be spent. The legislator also offers to provide general principles for the creation of authorities in these cooperatives. The initiative was supported by the deputies of the Committee on agriculture, transport, construction, natural resources and the environment.
Parliamentarians during the session on agriculture of the Supreme Council Committee returned to the consideration of the law-in-draft, legitimizing MTLP. Rejected by people's deputies in the second reading mode, the document needs finalization. Unanimous decision within the framework of the relevant committee meeting was reached almost each of the amendments. Only one of them caused controversy. Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs insists on its own formulation of standards. Parliamentarians expressed their disagreement with only the last part of the formulation. In their view, the mechanism provided for by international agreements, will not be able to fully operate in the power of non-recognition of our state.
The discussion of this amendment is already devoted to the second meeting of the relevant committee. On the side of the deputies - representatives of insurance companies, which in the future apply to the law, if adopted in practice. Taking into account their opinion, and the fact that the examination of a legislative initiative has been going on for over a year, members of parliament voted in favor of the recommendation of the deputies to adopt the law-in-draft.
Deputies of the profile parliamentary committee supported the law-in-draft in the second reading, offering to exempt from income tax for agricultural companies who have their own implementation of crop production, animal husbandry, fish farming not less than 70% of the total revenues for the year.
