The parliamentary committee on agriculture recommended the adoption amendments to the law "On Land" in the second reading, involving provision of benefits established by law to the newly created peasant farms not from the date of registration of individual farms, and since the allocation of land. Deputies, in particular, offered to give the new retroactive norm for its effect applies to legal relations that have arisen between farmers and the Government in 2012.
The Chairman of the profile committee Oleg Leontiev focused on the fact that the need to amend the current law was due to numerous appeals of owners of individual farms.

According to Oleg Leontiev, due to insufficiently considered tax policies the domestic enterprises goods are not competitive even in the domestic market, though the stone for the construction is in demand. For example, the tax burden on the enterprises of the mining industry is minimal in neighboring Moldova. The parliamentarians taking into account the amendments recommended to lower interest rates on the above payments to domestic producers of limestone not by 2 as proposed initially by the Government, but 10 times.
The president Vadim Krasnoselsky introduced a legislative initiative to the Supreme Council in the regime of legislative necessity, providing for extension of the transition of land users to the fixed agricultural tax, which was previously set 20 February this year. It is expected that it will be extended for a month - until 20 March. The Profile Committee recommended the adoption of the initiative.
