To determine the content of educational programs

Additional professional education programs of training and retraining of teachers must comply with uniform requirements. The Government presented such a legislative initiative. These programs are implemented for teachers of state and municipal institutions. According to representatives of the relevant ministry, the content and structure of additional educational programs must be approved in advance. Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Science and Culture Mikhail Burla worried whether there are enough specialists to carry out professional expertise in our republic? According to the relevant ministry, this will be handled by experts of the State Institute of Education Development. Within the last committee meeting today the possibility of getting expertise from abroad was discussed, in case that existing in the republic experience in some area is not enough.

Legislative initiative amending the law "On the museum fund and museums of PMR" was recommended for adoption in the second reading. It proposed that the liquidation or reorganization of these institutions in rural areas is only possible with the consent of the village gathering of citizens. Mikhail Burla, is an author of the law-in-draft, supposes that the adoption of these changes will save the village museum, which, in turn, increase the educational level of the population. Earlier, the parliament had already adopted a similar rules relating to the closure of rural libraries and cultural centers.
