Deputies of the Supreme Council of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance continued to work on the law-in-draft of Alexander Korshunov Peter Pasat "On additional measures to stabilize the economy of PMR". The legislative initiative of parliamentarians is aimed at minimizing the negative effects of the economic crisis. It was supported by the deputies in the first reading in plenary session on the 27th of May.
Discussed at today's meeting of the profile parliamentary committee amendments (there are 33 of them) were formed on the basis of the suggestions and comments of various subjects of legislative initiative, representatives of large, medium and small businesses, as well as legislators.
Let’s remember that round-tables were held earlier at the Supreme Council, devoted to the theme of development of the real sector of the economy, including small businesses. Among the participants – there are members of parliament, representatives of the Government, enterprises of light industry and construction industry, the Union of Industrialists Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie, the Association of Transport and Road Management employees, small and medium-sized businesses. Proposals that were formed in a table of amendments related to the adoption, in particular, of principles of light industry enterprises on tolling scheme. Executive director of the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie Vladimir Berkovich described the situation in the industry.
The amendments proposed to empower the Chamber of Commerce additionally to implement inspections of enterprises of all legal forms that receive state support in the framework of agreements concluded with the Government.
The considered amendments concerned the domestic producers support, in particular the construction and IT-industries included architectural, construction and financial amnesty. The head of the Economic Policy Committee Oleg Vasilaty told about the essence of the latter.
There was discussion around proposals about reducing the tax burden for certain sectors of the economy; abolition of the so-called tax losses that economic entities have to pay, working with losses due to negative external factors; suspended during the crisis scheduled inspections, except by tax authorities with respect to hazardous industries; temporary state regulation of prices for socially important goods.
According to the chairman of the Committee of the Supreme Council on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Oleg Vasilaty, the legal entities of legislative initiative still have time to make amendments to the draft anti-crisis law, to which the deputy called them.
