The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance after agreeing on several amendments has decided to recommend the deputies to adopt designed by PRB design guidelines for the single state monetary policy for 2016 and the planning period of 2017-2018 in the second reading. According to this document, the central bank intends to hold in the current year rate of the Pridnestrovian ruble established within - from 11 rubles to 11 rubles 30 kopecks to the dollar. In the short term, PRB is counting on a major expansion of the monetary base and the increase in the volume of cashless payments.

Profile Committee considers it appropriate to adopt the estimates of the PRB. But the original edition of the document, which was painted planned for 2016 revenues and expenditures of the central bank, as well as the procedure for distribution of profits, remaining at its disposal, has undergone significant changes. Amendments were made by Aleksandr Martynov. He found it necessary to adjust both the revenue and the expenditure side. Wages Fund offered to halve. It was planned to spend 44 million, 29 million will be spent for the maintenance of employees. Almost half appeals and audit costs were reduced. Costs associated with participation in conferences and congresses, the deputy offered to reset, but after discussion, they agreed 70 thousand rubles. Travel payments were established in the amount of half a million, will be able to carve out no more than 200 thousand. Costs associated with general economic activity were reduced.

Final figures will be specified in the framework of the meeting of the working group, but the whole project was recommended for approval.

In the near future it will be put to a plenary meeting of the Unified State Fund adjusted draft budget profile committee of social insurance for 2016 and the medium term. Planned revenues - is 1.7 billion rubles, expenses - 2.6 billion, deficit - 937 million rubles. The payment was proposed by borrowing from external sources. It is expected in stages, in two parts, an increase in pensions in the current year. The number of recipients of Pridnestrovian pension is 127 thousand people. Whether their number be changed in connection with the unrest in the Russian financial market and the devaluation of the ruble of the Russian Federation, it is not yet known. Transition to Russian retirement a little simplified a difficult situation of the Fund until now. The number of recipients of Pridnestrovian pensions was decreased by 16 thousand people during 2015.
