Additions to the law on measures of state support during the state of emergency

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance before the plenary session considered amendments and additions to the law "On the republican budget 2020" and to the law "On state support during the state of emergency 2020". The last document was adopted by the Supreme Council on April 8 and has already entered into force. The law provides for the support of enterprises and citizens of the republic.

Measures are taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in Pridnestrovie. The situation is changing every day, so it is necessary to make operational decisions and make appropriate changes at the legislative level.

Deputies of the relevant committee considered proposals for specifying the amounts and sources of financing costs during the state of emergency in the law "On the republican budget for 2020".

In addition, the Committee deputies discussed a number of amendments and additions to the law “On state support during the state of emergency 2020”.

They concerned the taxation of income of individuals received during the state of emergency, individual entrepreneurs whose activities were suspended, as well as the procedure for the payment of unemployment benefits to citizens who suspended business activities. In addition, the deputies considered the issues of the calculation of the unified social tax by organizations and the restructuring of debts that arose during the state of emergency to the energy supplying organizations. The possibility of issuing interest-free loans by banks to pensioners receiving a Russian pension on international payment cards was discussed in the course of the Committee meeting.

All these legislative changes will be considered by deputy corps at the plenary meeting, which is held today in a Skype conference mode.
