Deputies of the Supreme Council of the Committee on agriculture, transport, construction, natural resources and the environment considered the initiative to amend the law "On certification of products and services". Deputies Efimy Koval and Igor Yarych were the authors. The developers have offered to recognize the republic certificates of conformity, declaration of conformity of the CIS countries. Today, due to the fact that the certification of products - is not cheap procedure and private organizations are engaged in it, the law-in-draft could be a kind of anti-crisis measure in terms of making life easier for businesses.
Deputies discussed amendments in the course of the meeting that were received from the government, for the second reading. In particular, it was proposed to recognize the certificates of conformity, declaration of conformity of the EurAsEC. The Eurasian Economic Community includes five countries: Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Russia. Despite the fact that Pridnestrovie has chosen Eurasian vector of development, we should not forget that the main suppliers of goods are neighboring states - Moldova and Ukraine, part of the CIS.
As the participants of the discussion noted today income from the issuance of certificates of conformity for products supplied to private entities. Since funds are not received in the state budget, there would not be positive effect from the need to certify more products in the republic, - deputies said.
At the end of discussion, the Deputies decided to forward the original law-in-draft in proposed by wording for consideration by the deputies.
At the meeting the members of relevant committee considered the initiative of the deputy Efimy Koval, aimed at improving the existing standards of housing rights. The law-in-draft concerns the definition of the adoption of the registration of citizens in need of better housing conditions.
Parliamentarians have not ignored the initiative proposed by a group of deputies Alexander Korshunov, Oleg Vasilaty and Galina Antyufeeva, amending some laws of PMR. It is about providing the right, but not mandating owners of premises in an apartment building to choose a method of controlling them. Parliamentarians noted in the document that the current realities, where on the one hand, the state requires citizens to decide on the choice of method for managing an apartment building, on the other hand - does not take measures to restore the housing stock to a state in which it can be adopted in management, the law-in-draft can become a true way out of the situation. Members of the relevant committee will recommend these two initiatives to colleagues deputies for adoption in the first reading.
