Deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens considered today law-in-draft developed to provide guarantees for the creditors of the reorganized legal entity. It is proposed to prescribe that the tax authorities must necessarily carry out control measures after the official publication of the notice of the reorganization of a legal entity. This information must be entered into the state register of legal entities. The introduction of such rules will allow the creditors of the reorganized legal entity to take timely measures to protect their interests. The bill was recommended for adoption in the first reading at the plenary session.

Another law-in-draft submitted to the Supreme Council concerns the improvement of the Criminal Code. We are talking about exclusion of the norm prescribing the punishment for doing business in violation of licensing requirements and conditions.

In addition, today amendments to the law "On appeals of citizens and legal entities, as well as public associations" were considered. The author of the initiative - the Council of People's Deputies of the Grigoriopol region and the city of Grigoriopol - proposed to establish the frequency of personal reception of citizens by the chairmen of the Councils of People's Deputies of cities, districts, villages and towns at least once a week.
