The Committee on Development of Business and industry adheres to the policy of support for small and medium-sized businesses. As it turned out during the discussion of the committee, the government opposed the law-in-draft. There is no official conclusion, but representatives of the relevant ministry insist that owners of patent recently do not have support.

Insisting that the initiative is not only of economic and social in nature, the members of the relevant committee decided unanimously to recommend the deputies to adopt the initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky in the first reading.

Method of calculation is important, at least, because payments in the first case the amount of 300 thousand rubles, and in case the author's edition will cost the state 12 million.
