All employees in the sphere of education will undergo a single certification. This is one of the legislations that the Committee on Education, Science and Culture considered at the meeting today. According to the deputies of the Committee, a unified certification will help equalize the labor rights of all teachers, regardless of the organization in which they work. This initiative was supported in the first reading.
Parliamentarians considered an initiative to reward the most active students. It is proposed to stimulate students on budget and express themselves in creativity, science, educational and social activities. The amendment will apply to colleges, technical schools and universities.
Representatives from PSU named after TG Shevchenko is offered to supplement the edition proposed by the Ministry of Education, and to awards students not only for active work, but also to allocate money for material assistance and other social benefits.
The deputies of the parliamentary committee will continue working on the draft law "On education" in the second reading.
