The Budget and anti-crisis Measures

The Committee on Economic Policy prepared the draft budget for the current year for the final reading adoption. Relevant amendments mainly of technical nature were considered during workshops with relevant ministries and committee meetings.

With regard to the budget of the Unified State Social Insurance Fund, the committee has prepared amendments to the consideration of the document in the second reading. The adoption of one of them will allow management of USFSI to attract loan to pay off the remaining debt to pensioners to pay monthly further assistance. Alexander Martynov said that for this purpose the Parliament Speaker Vadim Krasnoselsky addressed to the company "Sheriff" with a request to increase the loan amount to 65 million rubles. Earlier, the Supreme Council and the government received a letter from the "Sheriff" Ltd. with a proposal to give the government an interest-free loan of 300 million rubles to pay off existing debts to public sector employees.

Deputy Sergey Cheban offered another anti-crisis measure. It concerns the possibility of acquiring entrepreneurial patent for half price for young professionals who have completed the organization of vocational education in 2015-2016 year.

Deputies during the forthcoming plenary session will determine the fate of the proposed amendments to the anti-crisis instrument.

The second instruction that is expected for the Chamber of Accounts concerns checking cash flows through the accounts of the Presidential Administration, including extra-budgetary funds.
