According to the authors of the aw-in-draft - deputies of the Slobodzeya town and district council - this is not enough. The proposed rule would allow them to local authorities themselves to determine the size of the necessary investments. Depending on the specific situation in a given locality, this amount may be increased to 30%. The legislative initiative was supported by members of the Committee of the Supreme Council on agriculture, transport, construction, natural resources and the environment, recommended for adoption in the second reading.
