Deputies of the Committee on Legislation, Law Enforcement, Defense, Security, Peacekeeping, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens considered the legislative initiatives of Prosecutor PMR concerning amendments to the Constitutional Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of PMR" and Code of Administrative Offences. If adopted, the head of the supervisory authority would be empowered to make decisions on the abolition of an enforceable official regulations, collegial body in case of administrative violation in case a violation of legislation. Alexander Deli called introduction of such a novel in the legal field of the Republic as timely initiatives, since in practice the identified cases of the return of the court supervision of the prosecutor.

In the course of the committee meeting it was about the results of the Prosecutor's Office PMR for the 2015. Activity of the supervisor provoked many questions from deputies.

The relevant committee during voting decided to recommend the deputies to take note of the report on the activities of the Prosecutor's Office PMR in the past year.

Parliamentarians among the core issues also discussed the proposed development of Deputies Committee on Business and Industry amendments to the Administrative Code. Members consider it necessary during the crisis to meet negligent taxpayers and the use of alternative sanctions against them - not a financial burden as well as a warning or an administrative penalty.

Opinion of colleagues was supported by deputies the Committee on Legislation and will be recommended for adoption in the first reading.

Another relevant initiative was approved by profile committee – deputies Igor Buga and Andrei Safonov suggested lowering the threshold of voter turnout in the presidential election with 50% to 25%. The idea was supported by the majority of the members of the Central Election Commission. During the meeting, the Committee sounded the view exclude the possibility of a threshold of voter turnout, which, according to the head of CEC Elena Gorodetskaya, will not affect the democratic electoral process.

Deputies of the committee on legislation will recommended the proposed initiative to change the Electoral Code for adoption in the first reading.
