Three legislations on making amendments and addendum to some laws of PMR presented in the highest representative agency of the republic in the regime of legislative necessity. They deal with a legal norm as the provision of benefits and state guarantees exclusively within the social norm. However, in practice they are installed only in the housing sector. Therefore, joint work of the government and legislators to establish social norms is expected within which benefits and guarantees of the state are provided, in other spheres of life. As acknowledged by the vice-speaker of parliament Sergei Cheban presiding over the meeting of the Presidium, the deputies and experts of the parliamentary committee on social policy, health, labor, family and childhood are ready to connect to this joint work.
Several legislations presented by deputies for consideration related to the social sphere, in particular, the size of the administrative penalty for failure to compulsory treatment of tuberculosis, as well as allocation of citizens for temporary use wheelchairs for medical appointments without disability group. Parliamentarians plan to specify a list of recipients making amendments to the law "On State benefits for citizens with children". They are citizens of PMR, as well as citizens temporarily residing in the territory of the republic, but prerequisite taxes in the Unified State Social Insurance Fund.
Deputy tandem in the face of Andrey Sipchenko and Yuri Sporish, members of the Committee on Security, Defense and Peacekeeping placed a number of legislations for consideration of colleagues. They concern the legislative process control of arms and ammunition turnover. In particular, it is proposed to consolidate the legal norm that does not apply to weapons-approved products as products for household and industrial purposes, sports equipment, structurally similar to the weapons, including the last certification in the Russian Federation as products for household and industrial purposes, as well as dummies. The authors of the law-in-draft state, it is intended to harmonize the laws of PMR and Russia.
The law-in-draft "On amendments to some legislative acts of PMR" the authors propose to provide an opportunity to carry out economic activities related to the turnover of arms, which is not subject to registration in bodies of internal affairs, without obtaining a license. It implies sprays, aerosol and other devices equipped with teargas or irritating substances, electric shock devices and spark gaps, signaling, training, simulation, sports and pneumatic weapon.
Participants of the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council discussed a number of legislations regulating land use, use of highways (the government has tentative plans to make some of them paid), wages of public sector employees, and aso approved an approximate timetable for drafting laws by the Supreme Council for the current year.
