The initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky to decrease the cost of a patent during the next three years was adopted in the first reading. It has been proposed to reduce it by half for producers of goods, works and services for individual entrepreneurs engaged in retail trade - by almost a third. This will happen by means of reducing minimum wage used for calculating the price of the patent. In the first case the current level will be equal to four, in the second - six rubles. Taking into account the negative trend of employment in private business, parliamentarians find the initiative not only relevant and timely from an economic point of view, but extremely important in a social context. They reminded that the number of patents acquired in the first half of 2016 decreased compared to the same period of 2015, the first six and a half million units.
Another law-in-draft was proposed by Vadim Krasnoselsky to support individual entrepreneurs connected with the employment of graduates of vocational schools. Graduates, had just left the student audience, offered favorable conditions for the acquisition of the individual entrepreneur's patent. It will cost them in the first year a third of the price, in the second year will be 50% of the value of the patent. Originally it was intended to extend the application of the new rules solely on university graduates. While working on the law-in-draft they agreed that the exemption should be given to those who graduated from institutions of vocational middle managers. The document was adopted in the final reading.
