Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council decided to include in the agenda of tomorrow's plenary session the legislative initiatives of the President, involving amendments to the law “On the national budget for 2015 and the planning period of 2016 and 2017”. We are talking about redirecting funds as loans to small peasant farmers, to the young families and young professionals working in rural areas. Another suggestion of the President concerns reduction in the amount of severance benefits to representatives of the prosecutor's office and the judiciary. The document will be considered in the second reading mode. The president's proposal regarding suspension for three years of public employment programs and practices of the unemployed right to early retirement age, as well as financing costs associated with the rehabilitation and surgical treatment of insured working citizens and the state allocation of vouchers for health resort treatment and workers sanitation is to be discussed tomorrow.

The object of the session discussion will be February 11 rejected by the President on of the Law on Budget 2015 and Budget Single State Social Insurance Fund. Relevant committee will recommend to colleagues agree with the president on a number of issues. There are provisions in respect of which the deputies’ position has not been changed. According to some of them there will be offer to create a conciliation commission. The solution – is up deputies.

A number of legislative initiatives that regulate relations in the sphere of education was placed for consideration of the plenary session. This is the introduction of uniform requirements for clothing of pupils assigned to the status of pre-school education the first level of general education and complement existing legislation with provisions defining the concept of scholarship and its types. In addition, the deputies will discuss a mechanism to ensure the educational institutions of the republic instructional literature. The government adopted in the first reading initiative envisages the centralized purchase of textbooks for all departments of public education. According to the author, it will reduce the purchase price and increase the training fund libraries. Today, the average availability of the republic - is 38.5%. Parliamentarians have proposed to assign the responsibility to Ministry of Education the acquisition for state and municipal organizations of the education system not only textbooks, but also study aids. The Ministry opposed. Members of the executive settle in plenary its position. The Committee will also recommend the adoption of the law-in-draft in the second reading with regard to its amendment. Parliamentarians consider routinely these documents. The next meeting is scheduled for February 25.
