The Urgent Problems Solving

Members of the “Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction held a regular meeting on the eve of the plenary session. Deputies considered a law-in-draft of the President "On some additional government measures aimed at minimizing the negative impact of external economic factors". The initiative involves adopting of twelve rules that according to the author, will contribute to the stabilization of the current economic situation in the republic. Among the proposals – there is introduction of financial and construction amnesties, external management in organizations in crisis situations, as well as other standards. Members of the parliamentary faction made the related consolidated solution on the law-in-draft. It is worth noting that a parliamentary initiative "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of PMR" is placed for consideration of the deputies. The authors, deputies of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and Peter Pasat, offer to adopt a number of regulations providing for the growth of the economy, which will help to reduce the budget deficit and maintain the stability of social benefits. In particular, the parliamentarians focused on taxation: it is proposed to exempt for five years from the payment of income tax of the newly created production plants, and from the rental and maintenance of statistical reports - small businesses applying the simplified system of taxation. Introduction of temporary mechanism to regulate the prices of some food and other provisions are provided.

Members of the faction discussed a package of legislations of the Supreme Council deputy Gregory Dyachenko concerning the census. Such statistical work is planned for this fall. The author proposes a ban on election campaigning on the eve of a single day of voting. Taboo is also applied to any promotion campaign materials in the workplace, place of study, in the process, and where wages, pensions, allowances, stipends and other social benefits.

Members of “The Obnovlenie” considered the law-in-draft placed for consideration of the session aimed at strengthening the legislative level, the main directions of the municipal building in the republic, in particular the efficiency and functioning of local government and self-government.
