Deputies of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and Peter Pasat developed law-in-draft "On additional measures to stabilize the economy of PMR" to minimize the effects of the economic crisis on the social and economic situation in the republic. The law-in-draft, known as the "anti-crisis" was supported by the majority of deputies and passed its first reading in plenary session on 27 May. The authors of the document appealed to colleagues, various entities of legislative initiative, representatives of large, medium and small businesses to submit their proposals, remarks for the second reading for the development of legislative measures to counter the crisis.

Two round tables on the theme of development of the real sector of the economy, including small businesses were held at the site of the Supreme Council. Among the participants – there are members of parliament, representatives Entrepreneurs of the government, enterprises of light industry and construction industry, the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians, Association of Transport and Road Management employees, small and medium-sized businesses. Views and proposals that were voiced during the round-table formed the basis of the amendments to the anti-crisis law-in-draft, classified in the appropriate table.

The document contains 33 amendments. The authors were Deputies Oleg Vasilaty, Alexander Korshunov, Peter Pasat, Anatoly Belitchenko, parliamentary committees on small and medium businesses and industries, as well as on agriculture. The amendments relate to the principles of light industry enterprises on commission scheme, granting additional powers to the Accounting Chamber on the implementation of the checks, support of domestic manufactures, particularly construction and IT-industries provide architectural, construction and financial amnesty and others.

Elaborated amendments have to be discussed at the meeting of the Committee of the Supreme Council on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance, which is scheduled for June 11.
