Members of the Supreme Council have identified the date of the next plenary session. It is scheduled for April 15th. In its framework deputies will consider a number of legislative initiatives related to housing, criminal, electoral legislation, as well as security issues and social policy. Deputies will hear the report of the Prosecutor of PMR regarding results of prosecutors for 2014, to approve the budget for the preparation and conduct of a single day of voting for elections of deputies of the Supreme Council, and the elections to the local authorities and local self-government November 29, 2015. The subject of discussion will also be the law-in-draft "On the procedure of inspection in the implementation of state control (supervision)", developed by a group of parliamentarians. The purpose of the legislative initiative is the establishment of additional liability for officials of state control (supervision) in case of illegal prescriptions.
One of solutions of today's meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council was the direction of the government of the list of issues of interest to the people's deputies. It is planned that deputies receive answers to these questions on April 22 at the plenary session in the annual report of the Government of the Supreme Council on the performance of the supreme executive body of the republic in 2014, the deputies will be presented reports on the implementation of the state budget over the past year, as well as Budget Single State Social Insurance Fund.
Participants of the meeting of the presidium of the parliament decided to entrust the profile committee on education, science and culture to continue work on the rules vetoed by the President of the basic law "On Education". They, in particular, concern provision of educational institutions teaching aids recommended by the relevant ministry. Chairman of the Education Committee, Vladimir Bodnar, taking into account the relevance of the topic, proposed to discuss it at the meeting with representatives of the President, the Government, and the Ministry of Education.
